Opioids, Emerging Response, and the Problem of Drugged Driving

With more and more states legalizing recreational marijuana while much of the nation faces a major public health concern due to opioid addiction, drugged driving has become more of a problem than the public realizes. However, we lack adequate testing methods and data to properly characterize the problem. In this session, we discussed a major road safety concern with few apparent solutions.
